EASY ZUCCHINI BEEF SKILLET

8 ingredients

Meat
1 1/2 lbs Ground beef, grass-fed

Produce
1 1/2 cups Cherry or grape tomatoes
2 Different color bell peppers
3 cloves Garlic, fresh
1 small handful Herbs like parsley, fresh
1 Yellow onion
3 Zucchini, medium

Baking & Spices
1 Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
