My Mission:
With relentless generosity,
I strive to impact the people who come into my life.

I focus on a TRIFECTA APPROACH to help you achieve and sustain your goal with FOOD, as your Nutrition Coach to fuel your body effectively, your BODY, offering fun & challenging fast-paced workouts, and LIFE, helping you develop a self-care regimen and healthy HABITS FOR LIFE! And, I sprinkle in some dad jokes.

I started as a client of Camp Gladiator (a camper) back in 2015. I was addicted right away and after 2 years, I decided I wanted to start impacting lives.

After being certified by NASM, I became personal trainer in Oct 2017, and quickly became a franchise owner with Camp Gladiator, and then a Nutrition Coach with ISSA!
I love the teamwork, the hustle, and the community to help everyone become stronger and better… together.

Our Training Cycle

CARDIO & MUSCULAR
ENDURANCE

A steady intensity on foundational work with normal load, steady burns, and high reps.

4 WEEKS OF:
SUB-MAX STRENGTH
& HIGH INTENSITY

A focus on heavier weights, strength, and high-intensity training.

Power Strength
& Metabolic Conditioning

A focus on POWER & strength with complex movements in all planes.

WHERE WE WORKOUT
We meet at schools, churches, parks, local business, etc within your community so you can workout with people in your community! Battle with one another, motivate, and support each other!

BUILT-IN BATTLE BUDDIES
This is a GROUP fitness workout for all fitness levels… with ONE common goal: To Get Better! People from all walks of life come to our certified trainer-led workouts which are designed to accommodate everyone workout! We battle, move, slam, lift, and have fun together!
