DON’T CHANGE ANYTHING, JUST TRACK and GAIN AWARENESS:
Use a simple Tracking App called FoodView to create a picture journal with Food, Activity, Work/Life Schedule, & Self-Care. Simply take pictures and add notes.

Taking stock of your current situation.
Be honest with yourself. Celebrate the good. Embrace the suck.
But, don’t beat yourself up.
Track everything that pertains to
FOOD, WORK, WORKING OUT or ACTIVITY, and LIFE/SELF CARE.
This will be ammo for you to move forward!

week 2: let’s start practicing

The definition of PRACTICING is repeating an action to GET BETTER!
Choosing simple tasks for Eating Better, Activities/Working Out, and Self-Care Sessions along with some practice challenges.

Don’t expect perfection, but definitely strive towards it!
You will succeed and you will fail, either way, SEE IT AS PROGRESS.
Embrace it, learn from it, and USE YOUR ENERGY TO MOVE FORWARD!
Let’s get to it!

It won’t be perfect the first time.
This is your chance to learn.
So, embrace every moment, soak it in, and take notes.
